SOMARO were invited to be part of a discussion group on Radio România regarding the “development of social business in Romania”.

The discussion was very thought-provoking and Simon Suitner (store manager Bucharest) had the chance to present SOMARO as an example of best practice for a social business in Romania. Together with Simona Stănescu (Institutul de Cercetare a Calităţii Vieţii, Academia Română) and George Pascaru (Asociaţia Alternative Sociale) he discussed the possibility of how to spread the concept of social business in Romania with its goal to improve the living conditions of people at the edge of society.
